She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Borgford and Frances Borgford; her brothers, Murray and David; and her brothers-in-law, David Aitchison and John Nowry.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Edwards; her children, Steven (Loretta), Brenda Wilson (Mark), Sandy Edwards, Angie Stevens (Bryan) and Ted (Nadya); her grandchildren, Brad (Sarah), Chantal (Stephane), Alana, Anthony (Tania), Audisho, Samirra, Melissa (Simon), Samantha (David), Taylor and Jared; her great grandchildren, Drenady (Kaelyn), Nicholas, Jeremy, Marcus, Daniel, Myriam, Brayden, Nolan, Violet, Jack, Ada, Islay and Nora; her sisters, Theo Aitchison, Christine Nowry and Sherry Dryden; and her sister-in-law Nancy Borgford.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Society in Eleanor's memory would be appreciated.
