He is survived by: his son Josh Hurst; his parent Gail Kaufman (Bach); his sister Sue Kaufman (Randy); his stepsiblings, Glenda (Tim), Laura (William) and Randy (Vaness); and his nieces and nephews, Hendrix, Kendra, Jodi, Liam and Amanda. He is also survived by his aunts and cousins.
