Wilbert Stanley Cober Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilbert Stanley Cober of New Hamburg, Ontario, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Annie May (Sallans); his parents, Irvine Cober and Olivia Cober (Knechtel); his children, Betty Albrecht (Albrecht) and Lester; his siblings, Peter (Audrey) and Dorothy (Andrew Fraser); and his brother-in-law Jim DeGasparro.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Gavin (Jennifer), Benj (Shelley), Arja-Lisa (Jamie), Ryan (Marcia), Chad (Charlene), Dean (Carolyn), Reaman (Rachelle), Victoria (Austin), Samantha, Addison and Reagan; his siblings, Edward (Kathleen), Russell (Mae), Donald (Ellen), Roger (Miriam), Joyce DeGasparro, James (Doris), Bruce (Pauline), Ardys Brenneman (Richard) and Catherine Winger (Jim); his siblings-in-law, Miriam Sallans and Ken Hill; and also, Simon, Dora Bingeman (Laverne), Harvey (Emily), Mike (Nellie), Audrey Cober (Peter), Marjorie Hill and Willard. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
