He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis and Mabel; his mother-in-law Marjorie (Pat); his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Patsy.

He is survived by: his close friend Marietta (Roth); the father of his child James (Anna); his daughters, Jennifer Jacobi (Mike) and Jane (Tim); his grandchildren, Rebecca and Daniel Zehr (Aerin); his brothers, Ronald (Judith) and Robert (Shirley); and his siblings-in-law, Ross (Glenda), Christine (Gerald) and Kitty (Cathy).

Masks and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
