She is survived by: her sister Jane Klepek; her children, Theresa Heslin (Pat) of Orillia, Betty McCormick (Warren) and Tom Lemczyk of Phoenix, AZ.; and her grandchildren, Chris, Michelle, Jennifer Michael (Michelle), Matthew (Yumi) and Tina.
