With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sara Lynn Nelson of New Hamburg, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her pet Coco; her grandparents, David, Lavina Jantzi, George and Kay Morton; and her uncles, Murray Schneuker and David Fry.
She is survived by: her spouse Chris Nelson; her pet Luna; her parents, Mark Jantzi and Linda Jantzi; her parents-in-law, Heather Brine (Steve) and Ken Nelson (Lynne); her grandparents, Lark Hargreaves and Ken Fraser; and her uncles, Shirley Schneuker (Peggy Fry), Paul Jantzi (Miriam), Dale Bauman, Phil, Bev Jantzi (Rhoda) and Elroy Cober. She is also survived by her girls and so many friends.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be accepted to Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth and London Regional Cancer Program (LRCP) Metastases Research in Breast Cancer and can be done through the funeral home.
