He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Baechler and Anna Baechler (Yantzi); and his brother Dale Baechler. He is survived by: his close friend Joanne Dellow; his children, Kelly Walker (Rob) and Buffey Erb; his grandchildren, Austin, Kyle, Taylor and Josh; his siblings, Glen (Rhoda), Carolyn Baechler and Brenda Hanna (Ron); and also, Jen Tucker, Jackie Slattery (Sean), Emily, Tyler, Kiera and Colin. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations would be accepted by the family to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society. (Cheques Accepted).
