He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandson Shane Waters (Christine); his great grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua and Ryan Waters; his siblings, Patricia Waters and John Waters (Cecilia); his wife Janet Waters (Roosenboom); his parents, Kenneth Waters and Rhoda Waters (Rendall); and also, Zoey, Mervin, Samuel, Gwen, Austin and Phoenix.
