She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Spenler and Mattie Spenler (Zehr); her husband Norman J. Gerber; her siblings, Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary, Amanda, Jacob and John; and her sister-in-law Ruth.
She is survived by: her grandchild Glenn Gerber (Karan); her children, Joel (Gailyn), Devon (Meaghan), Elijah, Galen, Mark Gerber (Cindy), Jessica, Benjamin, Paul Gerber (Donna Grambow), Shannon (Kyle), Amanda, Joshua, Rebecca, Shayne, Ross Gerber (Becky), Tyler, Braden (Renee), Justin, Aaron, Irene Ellis (Tim), Violet, Quinlyn and Isabella; her great grandchildren, Ariel, Judah, Noah, Kira, Nicholas, Brody, Emily and James; and her sister-in-law Esther. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended families and friends.
