She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor E. Dinger and Elma Dinger (Sararas); her husband Arthur Otto; and her sister Hazel Zehr (Raymond). She is survived by: her son Howard; her grandchildren, Janessa Otto (Stephen Yantzi), Jennifer Otto (Greg Rabus) and Janet Sales (Joe); her daughter Margaret Swoboda (late Frank); her grandchildren, Jonathan (Swati), Dwayne (Stefanie), Jeremy (Shelby), Andrew (Karina) and Bethany Gray (Chelson); her son James (Mary); her grandchildren, Michael (Janine), Andrea Neidenbach (Jason), Christine Horn (Owen), Kathryn Mogk (Bradin), Matthew (Caitlyn) and Daniel; her son David (Lorraine); and her grandchildren, Joshua, Stephanie Peters (Fletcher), Graham and Serena. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
