He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Scott and Margaret Scott (Kerr); his siblings, Marjorie Arnold, Jack, Jean (Hall), Marg Carrothers, Delford, Delmer, Ruby (Singer) and Ed Arnold; his nephews, Perry and Dale Scott; his parents-in-law, Earl and Florence Gropp (Mogk); his brother-in-law Robert White; and his great-nephew Brodryck Gropp.
He is survived by: his close friend Catherine; his children, Marty, Susan Scott, Cheryl, Norm Penney, Chris, Greg Fries, Jeff, Sue Scott, Julie Leis, Jamie, Sherri Scott, Murray and Robbie; his grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda), Melinda, Ian, Ryan, Morgan, Stephanie (Tyler), Victoria, Jarod, Noah, Caitlin, Gabriel, Payton, Kayden, Mason, Penelope and Cora; his godchildren, Curtis Gropp and Suzanne White; and also Don Leis. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Mary's Hospital - Cardiac Care, Listowel Memorial Hospital or the St. Peter's Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family.
