He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Holden; his children, David, Anne Moxley, Brent Holden (Denise), Deanna Dowsett (Brad Gesinghaus) and Andrea (Grant Silverthorne); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Jennifer, Nicole, Michael, Kate, Stephanie, Samantha, Rick, David and Alexander; his brother Harold Ford of Troy; and his sister-in-law Millie of Stratford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
