He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth William and Irene Lewis (Rowbottom); his son Kevin Lewis; and his former wife Margaret Lewis (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lewis (McBeth); his children, Kelly Ranney (John), Ken Lewis and James McBeth (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jeff), Nicole (Steve), Kody, Myles and Keaton; his great grandchildren, Ainslie, Ashton, Jillian, Khloe and Owen; and his siblings, Norm Lewis and Yvonne Morris (Earl). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
