He was predeceased by: his parent Ezra H. Lantz; and his siblings, Harvey (Elizabeth), Clifton (Marjorie), Kenneth and Kathryn Eidt (Earl).
He is survived by: his parent Lovina Lantz (Filsinger); his wife Lois (Patton); and his sister-in-law Mary Lantz. He is also survived by four nieces and eight nephews.
