With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Chase of New Hamburg, Ontario, who passed away on August 14, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Chase (Clark); his parents, John Chasczewski and Pearl Chasczewski; his brother Nick Chase; and his sisters-in-law, Millie and Karen Chasczewski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Chase (James Woodland) and Susi Roth (Rod); his grandchildren, Ethan Woodland, Ian Barry (Samantha Parke) and Jessica Barry (Emiel Vandemoortele); his close friend Ethel "Susan" Bowen; and his brothers, John Chasczewski, Tom Chase (Kathy) and Alex Chasczewski.
