She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leis and Catherine Leis (Wagler); her husband Harold McFarlane; and her siblings, Catherine Bartman, Vernon Leis, Ralph and Jean Leis.
She is survived by: her children, Brian, Penny Lynn McFarlane, David, Annalisa McFarlane, Mark, Mary McFarlane and Sara (Wylie Mitchell); her pet Pete McFarlane; her grandchildren, Kyle, Andrea McFarlane, Krystal McFarlane (Amira), Caleb, Aidan and Kieran McFarlane; her siblings, Erma and Ervin Steinmann; her siblings-in-law, Arvilla Leis and Clara-Mae McFarlane; and her friend Diane Snider (Michael Whitehead). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
