It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erma Maureen Shantz (New Hamburg, Ontario), born in Millbank, Ontario, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Verna Leis (Lorne), Clara Meyers, Betty Erb, Wilma Good (Floyd), Helen Ewing, Earl Erb (Edith), Raymond Erb (Eleanor) and Lloyd Erb; her in-laws, Milo Shantz (Laura) and Abraham Dauria; and her former husband Milo Good.
She is survived by: her husband Ross Shantz; her children, Sheila LoBrutto (Tim Weiler) and Byron Shantz; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Shantz, Nikolas LoBrutto and Dawson Shantz; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Tobias (Jeff) and Rich Weiler (Rhonda); her great grandchildren, Isla Tobias, Dakota, Harper, River and Tavian Weiler; her sisters, Grace Buehler (Willard), Eleanor Mast (Freeman) and Doris VanTrigt (John); her siblings-in-law, Reta Erb, Earl Meyers and Jim Ewing; and also, Alexandra Frey (Brayden), Isaac Dauria and Eden Frey.
