Elsie Hannon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2021, at the age of 98, Elsie Hannon of New Hamburg, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elsie Hannon to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Norman and Catherine Hannon of Barrie; her grandchildren, Ryan and Christopher; her children, Sheila Hannon, Garry Ruttan of PunkeyDoodles Corners, Kyle (Jennifer Velagic), Craig (Alex Rand), Gina (Edwin Rivas), Carol Anne and Brian Zimmerman of Caledon; her grandson Nicholas; her sister-in-law Ruth Wilson of Toronto; her siblings, Jim Wilson and Georgina Wilson; her grandson Alexander Hannon; her parents, James Wilson and Margaret Wilson; and her husband Leonard. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Although the pandemic restricted visits, she adapted and enjoyed virtual visits, her eyes lighting up and a gasp of joy when she saw the young folks were on the screen.
