Eldon Harold Podann Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2019, at the age of 92, Eldon Harold Podann (New Hamburg, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel; his mothers, Wilhelmina Podann and Sophia Cossey; his siblings, Lorne, Nelson, Reinhardt (Lil), Milt (Marge) and Beatrice (Carl Meyers); and his brothers-in-law, Frank Cossey, Gord and Jean Cossey.

He is survived by: his children, Brenda, Fred Pearson of Kitchener, Darlene, Ed Illman of Stratford, Bernice, Rick Pengelly of Kitchener, Carolyn, Rob Gribble of Tavistock, Linda, Giuliano Celotto of Kitchener, Doug and Mitzi of New Hamburg; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Cossey and Ruby Doering. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lung Association or the charity of one's choice (cheques accepted) and would be appreciated by the family.
