David Raymond Merner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Raymond Merner of New Hamburg, Ontario, who passed away on September 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Raymond Merner; and his grandparents, Vernon, Alma Merner, James and Millicent Battersby.

He is survived by : his mother Jill Merner (Battersby); his children, Alec Merner and Devon Merner; his sister Andrea Merner; and his honorary grandchildren, Luka and Leila Brown Thorpe.

As expressions of sympathy, donations would be accepted to Trinity Lutheran Church or Kalyana Support Systems (for children with Autism) would be greatly appreciated and can be done through the funeral home.
