She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fiscus and Blanche Fiscus (Jefferey); her husbands, Henry Polinsky and Harrison Stumpf; her sons, John Polinsky, Terry Polinsky and Timothy Stumpf; and her brother-in-law John Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Bushfield (Robert), Kelly Stumpf (Cheri), Steven Stumpf (Candice) and David Stumpf (Judy); her siblings, Yvonne Brown and William Fiscus (Sandy); and her daughters-in-law, Nancy, Heidi and Patricia. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren.
Masks must be worn, and social distancing must be followed.
