He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Richmond and Clara Richmond (Morrow); his wife Barbara Richmond (Smith); his daughter-in-law Ann Bradbury; his sister Gladys MacNeil; and his brother-in-law Ron Harris.

He is survived by: his children, Colleen Brown (Ian), Carrie Richmond (Darryl) and Jeffrey Richmond; his close friend Gloria Hankins (Hankins); and his siblings, John Richmond (Judy), Helen Smith (Wayne) and Barbara Harris.
