He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Gingerich and Dorothy Gingerich (Shantz); his brothers, Bruce Gingerich and Robert Gingerich; his brothers-in-law, Willard Leis and Toby Mills; his father-in-law Ron Murray; and his nephew Jeff Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Gingerich (Murray); his grandchildren, Hailey (Dayton), Paige and Norah; his sisters, Sharon Leis, Kathy Dow and Sandra (Mark Scheerer); his siblings-in-law, Denise Gingerich, Sherry, Ron Wallace, Debbie Ruller, Susan Kew, Steven Murray and Linda Bossence; his mother-in-law Gladys Murray; and his friend Benj. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations would be accepted to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 532, New Hamburg, or the Salvation Army of London, Ontario.
