He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bouttell and Eliza Bouttell (Richardson); and his former wife Sadie Isabella Bouttell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bouttell (Kryskow); his children, Colin Bouttell (Sharon) and Elaine Bouttell (Mike Dietrich); his great grandchild Derek Bouttell (Lindsey); and also, Jayden, Chloe, Connor, Krystin (Matt Huber), Ellis, Wade, Sean Bouttell (Jessica Allingham), Jack Dietrich and Olivia Dietrich.
