He was predeceased by: his sibling Darla. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Travis (Lyndsay) and Amy (Josiah); his siblings, Karen, Ken and Shelva; and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Ann, Paula, Todd, Rod, Tammy, Becky, Rachel, Vanessa, Jason, Allison and Devon.
