She was predeceased by: her grandparent Basil Mandamin; and her aunts and uncles, Daniel, Gabriel, Joan, Arlene and Judy.
She is survived by: her parents, Dean Jacobs and Mary Lou Mandamin; her siblings, Tanya and Tiffany; her child Connor; her grandparents, Caroline Mandamin, Alex Jacobs and Joan Elliott; and her aunts and uncles, Monica, Leila, Randall Mandamin, Susan, Jessie, Jennifer, Leo, Darryl and Irene.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated. (Friends may call at the Complex after 1pm Sunday).
