He was predeceased by: his son Sandford; his parents, William Allen and Dorothy Allen (Henderson); and his brother Lionel (Annie). He is survived by: his wife Victoria Mazie; his children, Charles (Sharon), Joseph (Jamie), Beverly (Doug), Dennis (Barbara) and Stephen (Carolyn); and his siblings, William, Annie, Roberta (Charles), Marion (Jack), Clarence and Ida.
