We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2022, at the age of 97, Ross Clifford Morton (Napanee, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Margaret Morton; and his granddaughter Mallory. He is survived by: his children, Clifford Morton (Trish Boag) of Kingston, Marlene Morton of Calgary and Mavis Morton (John Ferguson) of Guelph; his grandchildren, Scott (Haley), Julien, Carly (Ryan Rodwell), Mackenzie, Calder and Aden; and his great grandchildren, Maria and Ethan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.

Ross recently reflected on his long life and his experiences living through the Depression, World War II, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

During this time, Ross made major contributions to sports, politics, and community development in the South Fredericksburg and Napanee area.
