He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira "Gil" and Barbara "Nell" Gilmour; and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his daughter Sarah (Jonathan Rockel) of Yarker; his granddaughter Alice Rockel; his brother David Gilmour of Odessa; his nephews, Allen and Matthew Gilmour; his niece Melissa Gilmour; his siblings-in-law, Stephen and Linda Delve of Kingston; and his nieces, Elizabeth (Michael Davis), Rachel (Simon Teague) and Bethany Delve.
