He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Esther; his children, Courtney Sleap (Dave), Tim Thomas and Brandon Blackwell; his stepdaughter Tara Bruce (Nathan); his grandchildren, Darwin Dwyer, Darian Blackwell, Hunter, Hayden Sleap, Hailey and Camden Bruce; his mother Ida Thomas; his parents-in-law, Ray and Valrie Godfrey; his father Roderick Thomas; his siblings, Sharon Greyeyes (Brian), Don Thomas (Larissa), Tena Thomas (Wally Obey) and Juanita Episkenew (Brad); his siblings-in-law, Margueritte Eden (Rod), Helena Harker (Jeff), Lisa Pittman (Barry) and Tammy Babcock (Sean); and his friends, Oral and Lynn Major. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
