It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Paul Brooks of Napanee, Ontario, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald and Bessie Brooks; and his siblings, Gloria Blue and David Brooks. He is survived by: his sons, Preston (Shelby Bowen) and Wesley; and his siblings, Ivan Brooks, Robert Brooks, Adrian Brooks and Catherine Brooks.
