He was predeceased by: his brother Richard; and his parents, Francis Jarvis and Delphine Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Freda Hickey; his children, Theresa Gallant (Ken), Robert Jarvis (Sandra) and Jason Mastrello; his stepsons, Karl, Allan (Crystal) and Charles Hickey (Debbie); his grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Richard and Rayanne; and his siblings, Keith, Brian (Yvonne) and Kathleen Jarvis. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
