Noel Mills Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel Mills of Napanee, Ontario, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Vernon McIlroy. He is survived by: his mother Sharon McIlroy; and his siblings, Randall, Garth (Sally Wing), Hope, Phllip, Alex Sagriff, Cindy Conway, Kay Daigle, Anna McAfee and Janice Leach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
