She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Elmar Johanson; her children, Mart Johanson of Dartmouth, NS and Helme Good of Napanee; her children-in-law, Pamela and Chris; her grandchildren, Krista Johanson (J. M. Campbell) and Karl Johanson (Christy); and her siblings, Dorethea of Germany and Jurgen Hamann.
