With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael John Bernard Sager (Napanee, Ontario), who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Sager and Frances Sager; his grandparents, George, Mabel Brant (Doreen), Henry and Carmel Sager (Maracle); his brother Phillip; his cousins, Dale Hayes and Brian Brant; his aunts, Daisy Legris, Edith and Sarah; his uncle Percy Brant; his siblings, Theresa Ward (Andy Walker) and Ron Sager; his nieces and nephews, Teresa, Willow, Sasha, Natalie Francis, Patrick, Andy Jr., Shane, Dannie and Josh; his great-nephew Jayden; and his cousin Leo Hayes (Gloria, family: Margaret Sliwa, Barb Hayes, Chief R. Donald Maracle). He was also cherished by family, Barb Hayes and family, Chief R. Donald Maracle and family, and many other relatives and good friends.
Mike was an animal lover and he would have wanted memorial donations to go to the Napanee Humane Society (Lennox and Addington Animal Centre), or the Food Resource Centre on Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.
