He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Switzer and Virginia Switzer. He is survived by: his wife Kate; his children, Michael (Samantha) and Jennifer Taylor (Graeme); his sister Janice Switzer (Wayne Wood); his parents-in-law, Peter and Robin Ashley; and his brothers-in-law, Duncan Ashley Amherst (Kim) and Paul Ashley of Kingston.
