She was predeceased by: her parents, John Farrell and Mary Farrell; her brother Gerard Farrell (late Sue); and her sibling-in-law Pat Slack (late Margaret). She is survived by: her husband Mike Slack; her children, Mark Slack (Sarah) of Tweed, Matthew Slack (Tracy) of Ottawa, Christopher Slack (Lisa) of Glenburnie and Mary St. Pierre (Mark) of Picton; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Johnathan, Christopher, Shawna, Michael, Katelyn, Noah, Rebekah, Aiden and Jordan; her brother Eugene Farrell of Marysville; and her siblings-in-law, Therese McGurn (late John) of Croydon, Pauline Rush (late Merrill) of Napanee, Benedict Slack (Shirley) of Napanee, Veronica Withers (John) of Napanee, Anthony Slack (Geraldine) of Erinsville and Thecla Gaffney (Bernie) of Napanee.
