He was predeceased by: his parents, Murney Scott and Mary Scott; and his siblings, Tom and Linda. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Rob, Stephen, Karen (Steve) and Karl (Lisa); his grandchildren, Candi (Ricky), Gary, Megan, Tasha (Adam), Kara, Logan (Makayla), Alexa (Connor) and Anderson; his great grandchildren, Kalli, Caleb, Colt and Hunter; and his sister Nancy. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.

Donations in memory of Jack can be made to the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital or to the Roblin United Church.
