He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lowry and Carrie Lowry; his wife Gwendolyn; and his sons, Paul and Greg (Dianne).
He is survived by: his children, Judilyn Weatherbee (Stewart) of Ottawa, Tom Lowry (Darlene) of Marmora, Pam Mutch (Kevin) of Napanee and Valerie Boot (Steve) of Hay Bay; and his granddaughter Barb Paynter (Mike) of Napanee.
Memorial donations (by cheque please) made to the Cornerstone Christian Academy would be appreciated by the family.
