He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Osborne and Gladys Scott. He is survived by: his wife Florence Osborne (Wicklam); his sons, David Osborne (Nicoleta) of Manotick and Kenneth Osborne of Calgary; his granddaughter Julia Badescu; his brother Bruce Osborne (late Helen) of Warsaw; his niece Marie; and his nephew Paul Osborne.
