He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Pennell (Lawlor). He is survived by: his father Ernest Pennell; his spouse Jean Pennell; his children, Dean Pennell (Shari) of Trenton, Paul Pennell (Diane) of Kingston and Amy Hinch (Jody) of Belleville; his grandchildren, Angelica Winsor (Callum), Reba Pennell, Andrew, Julia Pennell and Mischa Hinch; his sisters, Susan Irish (Wayne) and Patti Wolfreys (Mark); and his uncle Neices. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Strathcona Paper Centre (16 McPherson Dr, Napanee, ON K7R3L1).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Ontario S.P.C.A. Lennox and Addington branch ([email protected]) would be appreciated by the family.
