He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda; his children, Scott, Teresa, Steacy Lakins and Troy Beaupre; his parents, Evelyn Ballance and William Tibbutt; and his sister Betty-Lou (Lee Dorrington). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and brother in laws.
