It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Hartin (Napanee, Ontario), born in Marlbank, Ontario, who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Tony (Elaine); his brother-in-law Tony Holmes; and his parents, Lena Pearl Palmer and William Walter Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Lola Hartin; his son Frank Jr. (Barb Foster); and his grandchildren, Becky, Brad and Cale.
