He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Phillips; his parents, Samuel Phillips and Mildred Boomhower; his sisters-in-law, Heather Foulger (late Carl Fish) and Rosemary Belanger (late Daryl); and his friend Daphny.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicky Phillips-Dunn (Brad); his friend Barbara Hare; and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Scott (late Vern), Limery (Val), William (Bonnie) and Barbara Schnarr (late Bruce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
