He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Joe and Lynne Lemieux; his sister-in-law Melanie; and his grandparents, Tom and Lillian Grigsby.

He is survived by: his significant other Jillian; his children, Jack and Josephine; his parents, John Perreault and Judi Perreault; his brother Matt (Nathalie); his siblings-in-law, Tim (Kathie), Pat and Mark (Deanna); his nephews, Emmet, Liam and Quinn; his aunt Toni Singleton (Paul); his cousins, John, Daniel, Susan and Michael; and his close friend Taylor Donaldson.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy be made through a donation to an Educational Trust for Jack and Josephine. Donations to this trust can be made by direct deposit to [email protected].

Dave was a talented musician and I did have a few conversations with him , including that I knew his Dad and Aunt from elementary school. Losing a child or a spouse at such a young age is horrible.
