Martha Clowes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Clowes of Murillo, Ontario, who passed away on September 19, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Storm Burke and Eileen Burke; her husband Llewellyn Cecil Clowes; her grandson Chad Viherkoski; and her siblings, Thera Henry and George.
She is survived by: her aunt Martha; her uncle Bill; her children, Debby Viherkoski (Pete), Susan Clowes, Kellie Winters (Jamie), Coreen Haichuck (Rob), Cheryle Burke (Gary), Sharon (Frank Valente), Derrick (Tracey) and William (Roxanne); and her siblings, Norman (Evelyn), Lorne (Cynthia), Wilbur (Marilyn), Norma Hall (Bill), Rosemary Hill and Arlene Rutherford.
Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory for those attending the visitation and services.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to the Thunder Bay District Humane Society, PETA, SPCA or any charity of your choosing that dedicates themselves to the rescue and care of animals.
