He was predeceased by: his parent Waino Kuurila; and his siblings, Arne, Kauno, Alven, Sirkka, Eila, Norma, Thelma and Faye.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his sons, Kenny (Mandy) and Jared (Jessy); his grandchildren, Myrah, Wade, Lyak, Kai and Makoa; his sister Flora; and his siblings-in-law, Bev, Winston and Clinton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, and numerous relatives.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Murillo Community Center (4569 Oliver Rd, Murillo, ON P0T2G0).
