We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2021, at the age of 70, Gerald Shaw of Murillo, Ontario, born in Kenora, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gerald Shaw to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Bill Duncan and Jerry Vanderwey; and his father-in-law Daniel Calvert. He is survived by: his wife Netta Calvert; his son Gerry Calvert-Shaw (Amanda); his granddaughters, Sophie and Emma; his parents, Gord Shaw and June Shaw (Conlon); his brothers, Dale Shaw (Vicki Potvin) and Terry Shaw (Patricia); his mother-in-law Iris Calvert; and his siblings-in-law, Leah Vanderwey, Heather Duncan, Cathi Siemieniuk (Henry) and Dan "Boomer" Calvert (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
COVID-19 Protective measures are still being applied in group settings. Masks or face coverings are mandatory and social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory for those attending the service.
If friends desire, donations can be made in memory of Gerry to Pro Kids Thunder Bay in lieu of flowers.
