He was predeceased by: his sisters, Virginia and Gwen; and his brother-in-law Garnet Henry. He is survived by: his daughters, Charity (Matthew) and Patricia; his grandchildren, Arlen, Scarlette, Theoren, Evander and Alaura; and his siblings, Glen, James (Elizabeth), Kenneth (Sally), Trudy, Catherine and Grace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
