She was predeceased by: her husband Bruno; and her son John. She is survived by: her children, Christina (Lloyd Marsh), Lily (Lance Adams), Mitchell (Sandra), Marianne (James Hand), Laura (Barrymore Richardson) and Paula (Peter Phillips); and her brother Stan Melnik. She is also survived by grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Helen Roman Catholic Church (4106 Mountain Rd, Beamsville, ON L0R1B2). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Tallman Funeral Homes (3277 King St, Vineland, ON L0R2C0).
